HyScore is technology business that allows organisations operating in physical environments to streamline core operational activities to deliver quantifiable efficiency savings. Our IoT platform drives intelligent monitoring, communication and interaction in dynamic real-world operating environments, with opportunities to deliver value across several aspects of facilities management including waste, cleaning, transportation and electricity.

Established in 2021, HyScore is led by experienced prop tech and data scale-up entrepreneurs. We have pooled our knowledge and network to successfully build and trial our product in dynamic real world environments, providing a solution that gives greater operational transparency, efficiency and sustainability goals to our customers. In September 2022, HyScore was recognised by Innovate UK, the UK’s Innovation Agency as winners of the Fast Start: Innovation competition, enabling affordable, adoptable, and investible solutions for net zero and reducing environmental impact.

Sustainability

There are significant environmental challenges associated with operational and facilities management across hospitality and CRE, with the real estate sector responsible for 40% of global CO2 emissions, 70% of which are produced by building operations.

Creating efficiency savings through data-driven decision-making has a sustainable impact on electricity consumption, cleaning/waste management and transportation, especially in relation to net zero targets, where high quality data captured also enables the capture and reporting of quantifiable carbon reductions.

Linking sustainability targets to economic outcomes has many well-documented success stories and will help our customers achieve longer-term environmental goals whilst focusing their efforts on what is material to the bottom line.
